Terms of Service

PixelSprint builds a free, working live preview before any payment is required.
A 50% deposit is required to proceed to final handover after the client approves the live preview.
The 50% deposit secures final development resources. If a refund is requested via email within 24 hours of deposit payment, 15% of the total project deposit is refundable to cover unspent administrative costs. After 24 hours, or once final account handoff has commenced, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable to cover labor and material expenses.
Upon full payment, all code, hosting, and database accounts are transferred fully to the client's own ownership.

Information submitted through contact and affiliate forms (name, phone number, email, message) is transmitted securely via Resend for the sole purpose of evaluating and responding to inquiries or processing affiliate applications.
This information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
